Melanie Sparks took the time to coach me and even communicated after hours and on weekends. She was incredibly helpful helping me help my mom who is now a very happy resident. I can't say enough about the facility and staff, but I can say for certain Melanie Sparks is by far the best community specialist I have ever worked with. I'd give Story Point and Melanie 6 stars if I could.
