Recently, I had two of my family members in StoryPoint Northfield. They were both there for over 4 years. I cannot say enough good things about StoryPoint Northfield. The staff culture is one of caring and respect for all. They treated my family above and beyond what I would have ever expected. This applies to housekeeping all the way up to the management staff. It’s a true culture of “we care”. I lost both family members in the past 6 months. They were both in their 90s. I couldn’t ask for a better place for them to live out their final years. Thank you, StoryPoint Northfield staff!

We have had a wonderful experience at StoryPoint Northfield! We chose StoryPoint Northfield for my mom because it felt comfortable right from the start. We loved that it was a faith-based community, which was a perfect fit for mom. Also, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff. They are amazing! They have been very receptive to questions and are always willing to give us updates.

My mom has lived at StoryPoint Northfield for 2 1/2 years. I have met much of the nursing staff, management, and aides over this period. At a time when finding anyone to work at all, much less qualified employees, is very difficult, I am amazed at the quality of their staff. Consistently, they hire staff who genuinely care about the residents, and they have certainly shown special care for my mom. For the most part, the food is excellent...nothing is 100% but we are very satisfied. There are special events over the course of the year, and they are well coordinated, and my mom has enjoyed them immensely. Her quality of life has improved since moving to StoryPoint Northfield. Just the other day, she told me how glad she is that she lives there, and this comes from someone who was reluctant to be there at first. I am there multiple times a week and sometimes multiple times a day from 7 AM to sometimes 10 PM. Nowhere is perfect, but they work hard to make it work well as much as a resident and family will allow. I am so glad we chose StoryPoint Northfield.

StoryPoint Northfield is the most wonderful facility with incredible leadership and very caring staff. It’s a beautiful facility with all the amenities and social activities you could want. More importantly, the staff go out of their way to make it a special home for all the residents. My elderly aunt and her little dog lived at StoryPoint Northfield for several years, and the staff made them feel so welcomed and special before they even moved in. The general manager, Abby, is the kindest and caring person, and she always watches out for my aunt, spends so much time getting to know her personally, and even takes the dog out in inclement weather!! She really goes above and beyond!! The support staff and PT/OT are also amazing, especially Rachel (PT), who worked so much with my aunt and even drove her to an imaging center when she fell. My aunt truly enjoyed living there, thanks to all the staff who made her feel so special
