StoryPoint of Northville is one of finest senior living facilities i've ever been to. As soon as you walk through the door you feel right at home. My experience with the staff has always been excellent. From the Executive Director to the maintenance team the professionalism is tangible. Most of my experience has been with the wellness team and I would most definetly feel great about having my parents live at StoryPoint of Northville. If you are considering placement for someone you hold dear, take a tour. I strongly believe you'll agree.

Incredible community! My siblings and I went through many places looking for the right place for our mother. After meeting with the management team and care staff, we felt there was no other place we would want our dear mother. Much like our mom this community is elegant and clean!It has been almost six months now and many of the other residents and staff have welcomed our mother and created great relationships with her. Our mother always speaks highly of the care she receives, the meals they provide, and the fun activities that she does decide to join in on! It took some getting used to and was hard at first, but we can all say confidently, our mom is “Home”.

Finding the right place to settle into a new chapter is all about the "vibe," and this community absolutely nails it. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with genuine warmth—not just from the staff, but from the residents themselves. It doesn't feel like a facility; it feels like a neighborhood. The atmosphere is vibrant and incredibly welcoming, making it easy for anyone to transition and feel right at home. Whether it’s the beautifully maintained grounds, the thoughtful amenities, or the packed social calendar, it’s clear that this community prioritizes joy and connection. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like family and every day feels like an invitation to engage, this is it. Five stars for heart and hospitality!

All 5's. Completely and thoroughly impressed with StoryPoint northville. The staff is fabulous. The residents are engaged and thoughtfully cared for. The activities are varied enough to engage a wide spectrum of need, from high to low. It is spotless and maintenance is quick to respond. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for safety. The food is outstanding. Folks genuinely seem happy and engaged.

The staff are friendly and helpful for the most part. However, we have noticed personal belongings have gone missing.

After my uncle’s fall, we needed a safe and caring assisted living community, and StoryPoint exceeded expectations. The sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by referring us to helpful resources. The facility is luxurious, inviting, and feels like home—with private apartments with kitchenettes, and the option to bring personal furniture and pets. The staff is attentive and truly cares, working with families to create personalized care plans. The dining room offers quality meals with choices, infused water, and snacks available daily. There are endless activities, exercise classes, and events that keep residents engaged and active. StoryPoint combines comfort, compassion, and community beautifully. It’s a wonderful choice for anyone seeking a warm, safe environment where loved ones can thrive.

Good facility...but pricey, so "we" have high expectations.Our resident does NOT have dementia but even so the squeaky wheel gets the grease.Advocate! Advocate! Advocate!On behalf of your loved one.Once you are past sales you need to keep on them...

Overall, I'm very satisfied but wish our ambassador program was stronger. I wish it was easier for new residents to acclimate faster.

It's really good here but there's always room for improvement.

Residents are great. Staff is good. Hopeful rates stay competitive.
