My mother has been living at Novi StoryPoint for 6 months. Her apartment is beautiful, the food delicious and all the staff exceptional. They are so caring that they told my mom they are family. It is so comforting know she is never alone. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate moving your loved one here

I liked the fact that the front desk had someone working there 24 hours a day and that the front desk staff knew who you were. I liked that they had outdoor spots you could use when you were there.

My sister and brother-in-law are moving into StoryPoint Novi, next week, from South Carolina. I wanted to check the facility out and see their apartments and general facility and surroundings.I also wanted to get information for someone else that may be, or will be, needing a facility in the near future. Melissa gave me the full tour of the facilities, both the assisted living wing and the memory care wing. She shared each of the eating areas, social areas, work-out room, theatre, meeting lounges, courtyards, etc. She also shared information about the staff, each having varying levels of abilities and specialties. The facility is well laid out, clean, updated if and where needed, comfortable and cozy.

Had a coworker reach out to me looking for a place for her mother-in-law after touring a few communities that just didn’t feel right. I recommended StoryPoint of Novi, and they couldn’t be happier! From the moment they met Shawndra, the Wellness Director, and Melissa, they were treated with such kindness and care. Staff is always upbeat and helpful -without exception. Residents in assisted living sometimes have to wait quite a while for service after pressing their call button. Although food variety is exceptional, preparation is mediocre and service can be extremely slow.

The StoryPoint Novi community is beautiful and staff are knowledgeable about the community. They took the time we needed to see the community and answer our questions.

It's a very small close knit community, very clean. Lots of weekly activities. Good food. The nursing staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place for people in need of independent and assisted living.

While researching potential choices for our next downsize we toured StoryPoint Novi. The facility is lovely, the rooms spacious and we were impressed how open the oversized windows made everything feel. Food choices seems adapable but perhaps not to the degree we are hoping for. The exercise options were not as good as we expected. The tour was well managed, informative and without pressure. We will be considering StoryPoint as one of our future options as we continue to make plans for aging well.

What a beautiful, vibrant community! Melissa was wonderful to work with. As a professional, I was very impressed with the staff and overall accommodations and activities available.

StoryPoint Novi is a Beautiful community with tons of amenities. My family and I reserved the golf simulator for a party and had a wonderful time!

I can't speak highly enough about StoryPoint Novi. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care. The staff are not only professional but genuinely kind and patient. They take the time to get to know each resident and treat them like family. The facility itself is clean, well maintained, and has a warm, home like atmosphere. Activities are thoughtfully planned, and there’s always something to engage the residents. Most importantly, communication with the family has been excellent. You’re always kept informed and feel included in the care process. Choosing an assisted living is one of the hardest decisions a family can make but seeing the level of care, kindness, and dignity that this one provides has made all the difference.

My family and I put my grandmother in memory care almost a year ago and it was the best decision we've ever made. Not only does she receive quality care from compassionate and loving care staff, but she also attends wonderful activities daily and even outings on weekly! We feel peace of mind knowing that our grandmother is loved and taken care of.

The staff at StoryPoint Novi go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality assisted living in the area!
