Why Residents And Their Families Love Independence Village of Oxford (Waterstone)

We feel very fortunate to have found Independence Village of Oxford (Waterstone) for my parents, who are in their 90's. The facility is very clean and beautiful. The staff actually cares about the people who live in this community. It feels like a small town or neighborhood, where everyone knows everyone and watches out for each other. There are many activities for various interests and the food is high-end restaurant quality. The apartment is the right size and layout for them. My parents are very happy living here and have made many friends.

Elizabeth , our tour guide, was so enthusiastic and caring that we soon became very involved in the tour and pictured ourselves living and thriving at Independence Waterstone. It was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and inviting. What truly made the visit stand out, though, was Elizabeth C. She guided us through the tour with such professionalism and care. Elizabeth is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made sure we felt informed and at ease throughout the entire process. Her competence and genuine warmth make her perfectly suited for this role. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend scheduling a tour…especially with Elizabeth.
