at Independence Village of Oxford (Waterstone)

My grandmother was a resident at independence Village Oxford for five years. Now that it is time to be looking for my parents I am interested because we know this facility. Rooms are adequate size menu options are lovely and the care. My grandma had was top-notch. I recommend this facility.

I recently toured Independence Village and had a wonderful experience. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful. It was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to feel both comfortable and inviting.What truly made the visit stand out, though, was Elizabeth C. She guided us through the tour with such professionalism and care. Elizabeth is incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and made sure we felt informed and at ease throughout the entire process. Her competence and genuine warmth make her perfectly suited for this role.Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend scheduling a tour…especially with Elizabeth.

We loved the private, comfortable, and well maintained apartments. The food and nursing staff were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The setting of the facility inside a subdivision made for a peaceful environment. There were birds, kids playing, and several paths for walking and enjoying the outdoors. It's not located on a busy street in the middle of retail shopping like many other facilities.

I toured the Assisted Living facility at Independent Village and was very impressed. The Sales Mgr, Josh, was outstanding in his role with residents and his knowledge of the facility. He showed a genuine interest in learning about my mom and what her needs and interests are.

Events love the musicians. Busy. Busy something is almost always going on. Activities.
