at Independence Village of Pella

Beautiful facility with many wonderful activities and opportunities for social interactions. The staff is very friendly and kind and the food is great. I highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the facilities, staff, food, and activities that Independent Village offers to its residents. It was so good to see that places like this exist, that have so many opportunities for seniors to interact and participate in. It has such a warm feeling of community while also providing the privacy of a very nice equipped apartment: Sarah did such a great job and was so welcoming and answers so many of the questions I had. I highly recommend this to others with aging parents.

Sarah Burch is amazing, super friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave my wife and I a tour of the Pella location which left little to the imagination. Our tour gave us the opportunity to view every aspect the independent living facility could provide. Sarah answered every question with confidence while maintaining a great sense of humor and level of professionalism. If you’re considering an independent living facility, I highly recommend touring Independence Village Pella

Awesome facility and employees! It is very refreshing to know this level of care for seniors is out there.

Sarah made the move for my mom a wonderful transition. She was such a blessing to not only our mom but to us kids as well. Always available anytime of day to answer our many questions and help support us where needed. Our mom was feeling kind of blue about the move, but after the tour with Sarah she was so happy and excited and ready to move! After the move, she made sure Mon was being well cared for and would stop in to see if she needed anything and if there was anything she could assist with. We can’t say enough good things about Sarah and the whole staff at Independence Village. You truly care for others and treat all residents as your extended family!

This facility has quickly gained my heart and time. The days are packed with inclusive activities and new found family from all over. This is a awesome place! There are all kinds of activities for the residents and a shuttle bus to take them to appointments and activities. These residents have the best stories and put a smile on your face. This is a top notch place!!
