Why Residents And Their Families Love StoryPoint Pickerington

I don't tend to give 5-star ratings, as there's always room for improvement. But I would 100% recommend StoryPoint as a place for anyone to have their family member live in an independent living capacity. It's warm and inviting. The staff seem to care about the residents. There has been an ownership change recently, and I think that there's a little bit of disorganization that has come along with that. But as a space for what they offer and give the residents, I'm really impressed. The staff are very friendly, and my dad raves about them. From the front desk, to the kitchen, to the custodial staff, everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly. The food that I tried was good, and my dad says it's good as well, other than some supply chain issues here and there. I see activities posted in the elevator, and it seems like they have some really fun things and a range of activities. Recently they had a hayride with a Clydesdale horse and some live music outside. All in all, there's nothing that would preclude anyone considering putting a loved one here vs elsewhere.
