My parents are residents of Story Point Pickerington, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an attentive and caring staff that truly make a difference in the lives of the residents. The knowledgeable team is always ready to assist and supports the residents with kindness and respect.The food served is excellent, showcasing a variety of delicious options that cater to different tastes and dietary needs. I was particularly impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facility is, creating a welcoming environment.One of the standout aspects of Story Point is its commitment to collaboration with families. The staff actively includes family members in the care process, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that the unique needs of each resident are met. They prioritize maintaining independence for residents while providing a safety net of support, striking a perfect balance.

This place has a wonderful and friendly staff who are there because they care about their residents. My mother gets great care and they provide her with good meals. I am always welcomed when I visit and feel right at home.

It is a comfort to our family to know that our mother who is in her 90s has a safe place to be able to enjoy her Golden years. And to have the friendly staff be able to take care of any of her needs. And to have the beautiful facility that she is very comfortable in.

Words cannot express how pleased my family has been with Storypoint Pickerington. The administration has been a great team. When we had issues they addressed them quickly and were always ready to go the extra mile for our loved one. Facility looks brand new and always clean, the food is good. So thankful that Storypoint is here to help us meet our needs A++++

Their recent Thanksgiving event was especially meaningful—beautifully organized, welcoming, and full of warmth. It reflected the heart of the community they’ve built. I’m grateful for the excellent care, the friendly staff, and the supportive environment they provide.

StoryPoint Pickerington is such a wonderful facility. The Staff is so kind and caring. Residents make you feel comfortable and included. The facility is well-maintained. They supply help with giving residents medications as well as ordering them. Special events at the facility are enjoyed by all. You can trust them with your loved ones. Everyone is so friendly. Administrator, Receptionist, CNA’s, Maintenance Staff. Cafeteria Staff, Housekeeping, etc.

We've had a wonderful experience so far at Storypoint. The property is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the residents and staff create a warm, friendly atmosphere. They know and greet mom by name. [name removed] is an outstanding manager who genuinely cares and [name removed] with New Residents, was instrumental from day one. She helped make our transition smooth and provided emotional support along the way. I love the apartment-style living spaces with personal balconies, which extend mom’s apartment outdoors. There are so many activities for her on and off the property-always something fun to do.

The staff at Story Point is very helpful, nice and caring. The apartment is perfect for a single elderly man. It's so nice to not have to worry about Dad falling or not fixing himself food. Having all dads needs met in Story Point is a relief for my brother and I.

My dad was there for two years. It was a great experience everyone was so nice care was great. I like that they did not separate people because your mind is better with communication. I highly recommend. I myself fell in love with some people there.

It all started with a phone conversation that led to an invite to tour the facility. The moment I pulled up, I knew that this would be the perfect place for my mom. I was greeted as if I was not only just a visitor, but family, even a celebrity. There was warmth, and the staff and residents were full of life. I was given full attention, detailed, full answers to my questions. The feeling I experienced was genuine. My mother has been a thriving resident who has made friends and found her independence again. The staff is always helpful. There is nothing they wouldn't do for their residents. Storypoint saved my mother's life in more ways than they know. And I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place where I can rest assured my mother is in good hands.

I love how many residents are out and about, visiting with each other, and spending time outside of their apartments! There is a lot of positive energy in the building! There are so many places for the residents to sit and visit, have a cup of coffee, and enjoy each other’s company.

Visited the Veterans at Story point. They were happy to see us as we were happy to see them. The facility was clean and the staff was very caring and supportive of their tenants.
