Our family was in crises and needed a place for our stepdad pretty quickly due to our Mom's fall and fractured hip. I spoke with [name removed] who was wonderful to talk with, communicated so clearly and compassionately and helped us get him placed quickly! We loved our interaction with [name removed], Executive Director and we can see by her leadership of caring interaction her staff all follows her lead! Our stepdad acclimated nicely to his surroundings, the dining room and all of the care staff. They were very responsive to us as a family with calls and texts and we felt there was genuine care and concern for him. This is the exact thing we needed as a family. We loved our time at IVP!

My dad lived out his last years here and we couldn't be happier with the Independence Village. It was always clean and the staff was amazing, they really cared about my dad and treated him like family. The food is amazing and there are multiple activities every day. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to help out our aging parents.

My most positive aspect of my move-in has been meeting all of the new people. I just feel so comfortable here. I originally didn’t want to sell my house, but after 2 weeks of being here I said, “Get rid of it!”

We have only been here for 4 weeks and we enjoy our apartment with its space for closets and the kitchen. We are vegetarians and are so pleased with all of the food selection, taste, and plentiful portions! Our friends most often ask as we have moved into an independent living facility: “How is the food?” To that I respond, “Great and plentiful!”

Making my father comfortable and happy is nearly impossible, yet the compassionate and caring staff at IV were superb. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. Absolutely loved the attention & care my father received. The staff are wonderful and the administrators are easy to work with, thoughtful and kind during challenging times.
