I love the soup—I've never had a bad cup. I have privacy and can also get out to do things if I want. Meals are fantastic and the staff treat me like a king—truly a family.

The caregivers are the best and I'm thankful for all they do. Kitchen staff is also excellent, they treat me like I matter. I love getting my hair done every week at the salon. We have fun!

I like everything—the food, the programs and the people are all great. There are staff I've never met that know my name! It feels like one really big family.

Moving from home is an adjustment. Everyone is very friendly. I love the entertainement. There are so many activities, some for everyone. A smile goes a long way and I get many.

I love not having to cook and the servers are super. We've made friends here that have become family. We really like the exercise classed and the equipment is great. We also really enjoy the music. There is so much to do.

Storypoint has been amazing for support and having things to do. The activities appear to be so fun and the staff have been so wonderful supporting my family with their move in process.

I love the activities and all the people. Ive made a lot of friends at dinner. The staff are all wonderful and make me feel like I really belong here. I was nervous when I moved in, now I'm glad I did.

My husband moved to Storypoint Portage and it has been a very good experience. Leaving a home is always a hard thing but everyone at Storypoint is working hard to make a new apartment feel like home. Caregivers are exceptional and the staff is very supportive in regards to medical care and life enrichment activities. It is amazing how quickly they learned both my husband‘s name and my name in every department of the facility. It feels like we belong and are appreciated and our loved. I highly recommend Storypoint Portage!

This is a wonderful facility with caring staff. Great connection to senior services. I would love to have my family here when the time comes.

It was a very good experience and the living facilities are the best I’ve seen. Also Jeff was very helpful and gave me all the information that I needed.

What I like the most about the community is the staff and also not sensitive to people with allergies like lactose intolerant.

The staff at Storypoint Portage are kind and professional. They have taken excellent care of my dad as he goes through the stages of dementia. We have been to several memory care facilities and this by far is the absolute best!

I would highly recommend Story Point. We moved my Mom from an assisted living facility in Elkhart, IN and Story Point was like a 5 star resort compared to where she was at previously . The staff were always friendly and they the seemed like they actually cared, it was not just a job for them. The food was great, and the layout was perfect with everything within a circle so my Mom couldn't get lost. Also, the Wellness Director, Rebekha Kirk, was amazing. If there were ever any concerns, she would take care of them right away.

My sister moved into story point after the passing of her husband and has received quality supportive services to meet her needs at StoryPoint. She relocated there after living in a beautiful home for over 25 years and to see that she has been more motivated and independent since being at StoryPoint . Thank you To the administrative staff and the caregiving staff She has her smile back.
