The staff are all exceptional wonderful in each department. Could not ask you for more friendly and compassionate people.

Everyone is GREAT.

Every staff member I've interacted with has been kind and patient. I feel much gratitude for them, and I know my grandfather is being well taken care of.

Everyone at the facility is very nice. Especially the day staff I do get to meet. We just have a problem with night staff doing regular checks every 2-3 hours. Some days they do great but many days/nights they never check on mom.

In my opinion the staff at Story Point North were I have resided since mid [date removed] are definitely the heart of this place. In all areas they have helped me adjust to my new home way above and beyond anything expected.

I have had and hope to continue to have a happy relationship with all the staff and residents. The dining room servers are helpful and very respectful under all conditions. Friendliness is just part of living here

Very nice tour. Experienced and knowledgeable.

Sales rep was extremely helpful. Key staff were made readily available to meet and answer questions.The facility itself is lovely and very comfortable.My parents like the meals. They had been concerned. So many residents we've talked with at many places complain about the food.Contract therapists have been excellent.This has not been a set it and forget it decision. I have to continually monitor and often intervene in their care.They are understaffed, and the staff is a mixed bag. We're overall happy, but not entirely satisfied

Very family oriented and a kind staff. Room is small, 1 bedroom but well laid out with washer/dryer in room. Amenities are just what he needs.

I enjoy being here very much. Everyone is family and all are concerned that we are happy and full.

It has been a nice and pleasant experience!

Lori is an awesome employee . I told her that my bedroom blind had been broken for a month but maintenance had done nothing. I filled out a maintenance repair request as instructed by the receptionist, yet nothing happened.Lori took it upon herself to get when she needed and she fixed it for me .She’s a wonderful employee
