Everyone at the facility is very nice. Especially the day staff I do get to meet. We just have a problem with night staff doing regular checks every 2-3 hours. Some days they do great but many days/nights they never check on mom.

They had been concerned. So many residents we've talked with at many places complain about the food.Contract therapists have been excellent.This has not been a set it and forget it decision. I have to continually monitor and often intervene in their care.They are understaffed, and the staff is a mixed bag. We're overall happy, but not entirely satisfied

Lori is an awesome employee . I told her that my bedroom blind had been broken for a month but maintenance had done nothing. I filled out a maintenance repair request as instructed by the receptionist, yet nothing happened.Lori took it upon herself to get when she needed and she fixed it for me .She’s a wonderful employee
