Peaceful out of the way and safe, clean, friendly community. Accommodating and best value for what they offer.

My sister and I checked out 4-5 senior centers that provide both independence and assisted living options. Staff turnover seems to be an issue at most of these places so prepared for that.

A top notch team of welcoming dedicated, and smart professionals is how I describe the administrators StoryPoint-Romeoville. Their on-site health partners who provide therapy and home health service are a Godsend, enabling my aunt and uncle with their varied needs to remain together in this quiet, caring, and supportive community.

Very happy here. I have many activities- lots of friends. The staff tries very hard to make is comfortable.

Staff is always friendly and addresses my FIL by name. Daily activities to keep busy. Comfortable and large unit.. Great communication with staff. Always feel like I can contact someone. Food is great. Thanksgiving buffet was outstanding. No reason to ever cook again!

Our tour with Crystal was very helpful and we received all the information we needed and more. StoryPoint looks like a lovely community. It was very clean, well cared for, bright and cheerful. They seem to truly care about their residents.

Story Point in very clean and the staff is wonderful! Dad's place is always clean and when anything is needed it is taken care of. Could use a few more activities.

Staff has been wonderful and caring especially since we've had a few setbacks. There are so many activities to keep them engaged and social and they have had a great dining experience. Totally recommend based on location, environment, activities, conveniences such as medical staff on premises as well as PT/OT, transportation to area stores & dining.

My husband was diagnosed with dementia in [date removed]. In [date removed] I became ill & we had to place him in a Memory Care facility. He was there 30 days. We transferred him to a skilled nursing care facility. From there he was transferred to a Geriatric Behavior Hospital. Due to a fall resulting in a brain bleed he was transferred the Critical Care ICU in a major hospital. I share his history with you to let you know what he went thru before arriving at StoryPoint. Prior to arriving at StoryPoint he was confrontational, argumentative& hitting people. Family was his enemy because we would not take him back to his home. Since arriving at StoryPoint he has settled in very well. Everyday he is more agreeable, offers to help staff with clean-up, is no longer confrontational. He participates in activities. He is happy to interact with staff & residents. I see the kindness concern & respect the staff gives all of the residents. We have felt welcomed from the first moment we walked thru the door. Their compassion, professionalism & efficiency in which a concern is addressed is impressive. Before we decided on StoryPoint our family visited over 20 skilled nursing or memory care facilities. We give Storypoint our highest recommendation.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one do yourselves a favor and go take a tour at STORY POINT IN ROMEOVILLE!! ASK FOR PATTI! Patti helped us so much as im sure she did with everyone else that is a resident there, that's why all the residents are so happy. My parents LOVE IT THERE!! They say the feel very comfortable. Its AWSOME to hear my parents say they feel comfortable

The facility is large and cheerful. There are large gathering rooms for entertainment, with large libraries that have TVs if residents want to watch a movie or ballgame together. These promote socialization. The staff is very friendly. I hear the StoryPoint in Bolingbrook is as good or better, but maybe more expensive. You should take a tour!

I Appreciate the wonderful care the Nurses and CNA's gave my mother in the Memory Care Unit. The Nurses and CNA's were always smiling and very upbeat! They are a VERY SPECIAL group of people!

Extremely welcoming with an immaculate environment! So many activities for their residents. Very helpful and compassionate staff in helping families make the difficult decision to move from existing homes.
