Although it’s a bit pricey, I’m very happy with the experience overall. The communication is excellent—staff answer questions quickly and are very responsive. I really appreciate the thoughtful details, like the resident’s story and photo placed right inside the door so all staff can immediately get to know her. The color-coded door system is also a nice touch that helps with organization and care.It’s reassuring to know there are security cameras in the rooms for monitoring, which adds an extra layer of safety and peace of mind.Overall, the quality of care and communication make it worth the cost.

My spouse has been at StoryPoint in Romeoville since last August. We are very happy with the care that he has received. He has settled in and excepts this is where he lives now and is content. The food is delicious, I often eat meals with him. The staff is very caring and patient. We are still very happy with our choice of StoryPoint For his care. My husband has settled in very well. He now knows he stays here all the time & makes no attempts to leave. The staff is caring & kind. I have eaten lunch with him numerous times. The food is plated & served individually. He eats everything & when I join him it has always been delicious. Seconds are always available.

We loved our care partners and nurses! Everyone was very caring and helpful. We chose this facility because of the "vibe" when you walk in the door. We said it was like being on a cruise ship without the water.Room sizes are sufficient and the amenities are wonderful. Laundry & cleaning services make things easier on families. There is a parking garage for those that can still drive and choose to have their own vehicle.The only issue we had was lack of communication and follow through. Families need to stay on top of things to make sure plans are being followed.
