at StoryPoint Shelby Township

StoryPoint Shelby Township was a beautiful place. The activities they had were astounding. The menu and the rooms were gorgeous. They're empathetic with what we were going through and were explaining things. The rooms were spacious, clean, and airy and had windows. It wasn't like a nursing home. It was like a little apartment inside the building. It's like a cruise ship.

I would give StoryPoint Shelby Township a 5 all across. It was very clean, and it was a very nice community. It's very homey and very well put together, not a mishmash. It makes you feel like you are walking into a home. The rooms were very nice, clean-looking, and are a good size.

This is the real deal!!! We currently have our friend, Rosemarie, in StoryPoint Shelby Township. I was careful in choosing just the right assisted living facility for her as I'd had a few very bad experiences with other facilities. Rosemarie is sharp and pretty active at 97. She's an amazing woman and we wanted the very best for her.

My mom stayed here for two weeks while recovering from hip surgery. The staff was attentive and supportive. Everyone ensured that my mom felt loved, happy, and safe during her time at StoryPoint Shelby. I received regular updates about her well-being and care. The staff's dedication and professionalism shone through in every interaction. It was comforting to see how genuinely caring each team member was, treating her not as just a resident, but as a cherished individual.

I had a short stay at StoryPoint Shelby Township while I was recovering from a broken hip. I was given top notch care by the most caring and wonderful staff. The food was great, and they accommodated me if I didn't want anything on their main menu. I only participated in a few activities, but their activity staff came to my room every day to check on me or to engage me in conversation. Their resident welcome committee came to my room to introduce themselves. In fact, everyone that came to my room treated me wonderfully.
