My mother has lived at StoryPoint Ankeny for a year now and has received excellent care. The daily activities keep her engaged. The staff is excellent and always responsive to any concerns.
StoryPoint Ankeny has been such a welcoming new part of our family, first for mom and now dad too. Brand new and beautiful, it feels more like a condo building than assisted living. Their two bedroom is large with fresh inviting interiors.
I am so thankful for StoryPoint Ankeny - the facilities and staff are amazing! When I originally visited, I knew within minutes that this was where I wanted my father to be. The process of relocating my dad from Florida to Iowa was daunting, but the staff was so incredibly helpful and patient with me, answering all my questions, allowing me to visit multiple times to choose the perfect apartment. The building and grounds are beautiful, and the public spaces are fantastic for encouraging social interaction. The staff always greet me with a hello and a smile and it doesn't go unnoticed that my dad is always greeted cheerfully and by name. Activities are fun and plentiful for those residents who want to take advantage of social opportunities. It fills me with peace, knowing my dad is at StoryPoint Ankeny.
