at Springvale

Even though we decided not to proceed with Springvale, I must say, this community is amazing and so well kept up. The safe and the front office team were amazing during our tour as well as the follow up process.

The facility was clean. Open layout with appropriate windows to allow in sunshine. Rooms were nice size. They said they would have staff that could assist my aunt with her needs for blindness but that's why they received a 4 instead of 5 because they didn't follow through with that part. Also, the medical company that came in were good. However, I was under the understanding that a doctor would be coming out. But I am never to see the doctor it's a nurse practitioner which I don't have a problem with. But that was not my understanding at the beginning. Also, they don't tell you when they're going out. They just tell you after they've been there. They do see them once a month, which is good. But something is still missing in the communications about how the facilities medical Is actually handled.

Springvale Assisted Living and Memory care is a beautiful place with kind, caring staff, great food, great entertainment and management is always present and very responsive. Best place ever!

Springvale has been my home for over a year now. I have made new friends, have a nice apartment with a sliding door to walk outside, and I have my favorite things from home. I enjoy the entertainment, bingo and attend the Church services they have here. The food is good, staff is very friendly, and I have met some new friends.

My husband and I recently moved in and couldn't be happier! We had toured Springvale last fall and unfortunately chose another community, only to find out they where not the quality, caring, beautiful facility as Springvale. We were so excited to move in, and have a beautiful apartment on the courtyard. The food is pretty good, and the staff are kind and friendly.

Springvale is a great place for a loved one to live. There are a lot of activities, great food and friendly people. The care staff is attentive and friendly. Springvale provides a community atmosphere for its residents and it helps them feel like they belong to the community.

I have a nice studio apartment that is close to the dining room. I like to sit in the main living room to watch the television. I have met some nice people and enjoy listening to the entertainment they have.

What a gorgeous and lively community! It felt comfortable and homey the moment I stepped in. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, with smiling faces, and were eager to answer my questions or find someone who could help.The rooms are spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn there are many sizes, options, and truly affordable accommodations. I couldn’t get over the beautiful views from every room I toured.What I fell in love with most was the activities calendar. There’s such a wonderful variety of engaging, well-thought-out activities for senior citizens — they actually sounded fun and meaningful!Within just three minutes of walking in, I knew this was the place. It truly felt meant to be. I feel confident that my loved one is in safe, nurturing, and accommodating hands. I know they’ll always have something to do, new friends to meet, and I won’t have anything to worry about.Please take it from me: if you’re considering a retirement home, this should be at the very top of your list. It’s also conveniently located near everything I need, so visiting my family member will be easy and frequent.

The staff is nice . They deal well my mom who can be a handful sometimes . They get her out for activities. The place always looks clean . They have family events which are fun. Overall I've been happy with them.

Springval is a very caring family friendly home . Both my parents were residents there , my dad was there for 6 months but my mom was there for a year. The facility is always clean and the staff are very friendly, caring , kind and put their hearts into this place . They were so good to both my parents . I always felt my parents were safe there and well cared for . They have lots of activities and family involved parties multiple times a year . I highly recommend this facility!!!

Springvale is a very nice place. I like the roast beef and mashed potatoes, desserts are very good too. Care staff are very kind, and genuine. I really like the Life Enrichment gal, [name removed]. I like that they have a close bathroom to the living room so I don’t have to walk back to my apartment. I like Springvale and all the people I know.

Springvale is a very nice building. I like my apartment, it has a nice patio so I can sit outside and enjoy the sun. The staff are nice, and the food is good. I am meeting new friends and learned how to play a new card game.

I am new to the community, my apartment is very nice, I was able to put my personal touch to it. I have a patio that I will enjoy sitting outside. I have met some new friends and really enjoy the food.

Springvale is a great place for our Mom!!! They take good care of her every day and night. They stay in contact with us about her health and her needs. I highly recommend SpringVale for assisted living and memory care.
