at Springvale

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this assisted living facility. The staff are consistently kind, compassionate, and attentive, and they truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and cared for.

can’t say enough good things about this place. The caregivers treat residents like family, and you can tell they genuinely care. It’s such a relief knowing my loved one is happy, safe, and surrounded by kind people every day.

The staff is amazing! They are all very friendly and provide great care to my father. They are always creating new activities for the residents so that everyone can find something fun to get involved with. They do a great job with housecleaning and laundry service for my father. My father's apartment is very nice and well maintained. Improvement Opportunities for facility: Overall the food and dining experience has improved slightly over the last year, however there is still plenty of room for improvements. Especially at the price point of the facility, the food and dining experience should be much, much better then it is.

This facility has had a recent update with new carpet, new bathroom flooring, updated decor. Always clean and tidy. Friendly caring staff, all staff are welcoming and kind. Fun activities, live music, Zumba classes. Community events throughout the year, yummy food and caring staff. Best place in Swartz Creek.

Place is beautiful and clean. My mom has stated that the food is very good and she seems to really like it there. She has made some friends and has accepted that she lives there now. We are happy that she is living at Springvale.

I have visited SpringVale many times. I am always impressed with the cleanliness, activities going on, and the smiles on the residents faces. I am so impressed with the care and compassion shown to each resident. I have been fortunate to attend many of the special events they have. I do not have a family member there as a resident, but would recommend this to any family or friends looking for a loving, caring place to reside.

We do enjoy the staff, people are helpful answer any questions and help with any concerns. We enjoy going to the activity, we have gone several time. The apartment is nice and neat. The food is good, we like the lasagna is very good.

The staff at Springvale Assisted Living is wonderful. They are attentive to the residents and very professional. My mother was a resident for several years and always told me she felt safe and comfortable. If I ever had a question or concern, the director responded right away. I love how they have interactive and social activities constantly to provide opportunities for residents to connect with each other and with the staff. I needed to relocate my mother out of state to be closer to family and was sad to say goodbye to all the good people at Springvale who took such great care of my mother. Springvale is a kindhearted facility.

What we like the most about the community is that they keep the place clean and the staff are very good to the residents. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Even though we decided not to proceed with Springvale, I must say, this community is amazing and so well kept up. The safe and the front office team were amazing during our tour as well as the follow up process.

The facility was clean. Open layout with appropriate windows to allow in sunshine. Rooms were nice size. They said they would have staff that could assist my aunt with her needs for blindness but that's why they received a 4 instead of 5 because they didn't follow through with that part. Also, the medical company that came in were good. However, I was under the understanding that a doctor would be coming out. But I am never to see the doctor it's a nurse practitioner which I don't have a problem with. But that was not my understanding at the beginning. Also, they don't tell you when they're going out. They just tell you after they've been there. They do see them once a month, which is good. But something is still missing in the communications about how the facilities medical Is actually handled.

Springvale has been my home for over a year now. I have made new friends, have a nice apartment with a sliding door to walk outside, and I have my favorite things from home. I enjoy the entertainment, bingo and attend the Church services they have here. The food is good, staff is very friendly, and I have met some new friends.

My husband and I recently moved in and couldn't be happier! We had toured Springvale last fall and unfortunately chose another community, only to find out they where not the quality, caring, beautiful facility as Springvale. We were so excited to move in, and have a beautiful apartment on the courtyard. The food is pretty good, and the staff are kind and friendly.

I have a nice studio apartment that is close to the dining room. I like to sit in the main living room to watch the television. I have met some nice people and enjoy listening to the entertainment they have.

The staff is nice . They deal well my mom who can be a handful sometimes . They get her out for activities. The place always looks clean . They have family events which are fun. Overall I've been happy with them.
