My partner [name removed] and I made our initial visit to Springwood Westerville last week. Our purpose was to submit our application and deposit for the rental of an apartment. We previously had lived there for 1 year in 2019. The property manager was very amiable and freely answered all or questions and concerns. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Much of the property had been upgraded since we last lived there. We will be moving in a month and eagerly look forward to our return to Springwood Westerville.

Great place to live. It’s a friendly neighborhood with a gym, gathering room, resident driven activities including exercise classes. Close to medical and emergency services, shopping and parks! It’s all here in the Springwood Neighborhood!

"I moved in to Springwood Place 5 months ago. I sold my 4 bedroom home in Hilliard as I wanted to get closer to my daughters in Westerville and my home was getting a bit hard to keep up. Truthfully, I was a little concerned at downsizing and living in an apartment complex not knowing anyone. It did not take long to realize I had made the right decision. Springwood is so welcoming with many activities and friendly neighbors that I feel right at home. [name removed], the manager, is available for any questions and the maintenance staff takes care of any problems. You can't beat that! I never have to worry about pretty much anything. I have made many friends and joined the book club, exercise class, and many other activities. And now when I see ads on TV for roof repair, lawn mowing, kitchen remodel etc. ...I just look around my large and beautiful apartment and smile. Springwood Place is my home." [name removed]

I became a widow in 2022. I began searching for a new home in 2023. I visited a number of facilities. Springwood is the best fit. I have been accepted by everyone I've met: my new neighbors, [name removed], maintenance, families of residents. The residents are interesting, active,caring, kind, welcoming. Springwood residents produce a monthly newsletter, keep an ongoing schedule of activities, including various card games, instructive classes, Bible study, book club, potlucks, cookouts, men's group, exercise classes, a workout room, going to the Westerville Senior Center for activities and meals, and just gathering as friends. I am now centrally located between my children and grandchildren. Springwood is close to shopping, medical care, downtown, banks, Hoover Reservoir, walking trails, parks, churches, university, churches. I feel safe. Doors are locked most of each day. The surroundings are beautifully kept up. I have a garage. My apartment is roomy, bright, and comfy. I have no regrets!

Springwood place is a comfortable and affordable apartment home for me I moved from out of state to be closer to family and I was so pleased that my daughter found a community for me with great amenities and social space for Seniors. I have a garage and a 1 bedroom apartment with a den which is just right. They fix any issues right away and the management is very accessible to assist. I enjoy the common space and appreciate the learning opportunities that are made available .I can also visit our neighbor property for meals and prayer services.
