at Stonegate Village

I am a musician and I have been playing at retirement communities for over 15 years, I love playing and talking with the folks. I just started playing at Stonegate Village in Sandusky recently and I can’t say enough about the folks and the staff there!!! They are AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your community!!! It really means a lot to me!!!

Mom is very happy here at Stonegate. She is well taken care of and at peace. She loves being around people so this has been good for her.

Everyone is very welcoming and kind very sweet with residents and get them involved in activities everyday with other residents.

I come here in the winter because of the snow and cold. The activities and being with people are some of the things I enjoy here. I also come here because my home is far away from everything and this is close town.

I like all of the little details here. I cannot say anything bad. It's beautiful. I cannot find any problems. I'm just as happy as I can be.

My wife is 66 years old and has had be batting dementia for 8 years. I was the full time caretaker for those 8 years. I made the decision to place her here and couldn't be happier with the care.

Very good. My mother is well taken care of she feels safe and secure in her environment. She is very fond of the meals she receives. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family is very satisfied.

Thanksgiving dinner was very good. The food, staff and music went 10/10. After visiting for 5 1/2 years I find its very nice and a place mom calls home. Staff should be added. Especially on weekends.

Stonegate Assisted Living has been absolutely wonderful in caring for my mom. When she was unexpectedly injured and suddenly needed 24-hour care, their team moved incredibly fast to expedite the admission process and make a very stressful situation so much easier for our family. From the admission staff to the nursing team, and all of the daily care staff who support her with activities and personal interaction, every person we've met has been excellent. The compassion, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness they show each day give us great peace of mind. We are truly grateful for the care they provide and highly recommend Stonegate to anyone seeking a supportive and responsive assisted living community.

The staff keeps the facility clean...the staff is always friendly...really enjoy all the activities especially bingo...meals and snacks are always good

I was in a pinch my aunt fell and it had become clear that she could no longer stay by herself. I literally called Stonegate - they had an availability and we placed her within a day. I found Stonegate to be like a large family apartment. The common areas and rooms were inviting and clean. The staff was very accommodating. I felt that they treated my aunt with dignity and respect. This facility isn't the cheapest by any means but for her stay there we were so glad that she was safe.

Friendly, caring, clean, staff is thorough, fun activities for residents and families. Oh, the food ALWAYS smells amazing. I would definitely recommend a family member of my own to live here

Stonegate Village is warm and welcoming the moment you walk through the doors. The decor is cozy and the community is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and well taken care of. The staff are amazing and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Stonegate was very caring about everything concerning g my dad. Even so helpful when my dad had to leave to go to hospital for a short stay. They made it so easy for me as a daughter. They handed me a packet to give to the ER and this was just normal to them to take care of each detail. It helped me so much to not have to think of every detail.The staff was incredible with my dad also. So caring and they kept him going to the little activities that he could do. He really felt at home there. I am forever grateful for that place. He was in the memory care area and I can think of only good to say about each part of that area.
