at Stonegate Village

Outstanding facility. The staff goes above and beyond to care for and interact with residents. It has the feel of independent living as opposed to being in a "care facility."

I really enjoy living here. My favorite experience here is dining in the dining room.

I'd say this is a good place to live. Next to home, it's the best.

Very pleased with her care. Staff always calls to let us know of any change. Staff is always friendly and are very encouraging for her to participate in activites.

I’ve been reading to the residents at Stonegate once a week for just over a year. It is always an enjoyable experience. The residents and workers are fun to be around.The building is always clean and welcoming. I’m amazed at the number of fun activities they offer for residents. There is always something going on. Those activities come with decorations, food, etc. I never know what I will see when I walk in the door. I look forward to going every week.

Their place is special. I am happy to be here for the place. I plan to stay for eleven months.

I would say this has been a relaxing place, I enjoy the friendships and people. Good activities & food is good.

Customer service is great & the attendants are very caring. It is the best place to be if you have to be somewhere.

It's a good place to be when you need that extra help. They take care of you really well.

My main complaint is that the covered parking is not available for my car.

Stonegate has been a blessing to our family. My f-i-l became a resident a few weeks ago. The caregivers have encouraged him to participate in activities, but not forced him, or have encouraged him to watch others participate. He had come out of his shell and enjoyed both. He had to have meal accommodations, and the chef made it clear that was not a difficulty for him. The rooms are spacious and safe. Any maintenance is promptly attended to. From the business end (long term health care insurance, medications, doctor's appts) the staff had bent over backwards to help me with all these arrangements. I have felt as encouraged as my f-i-l!

I am a musician and I have been playing at retirement communities for over 15 years, I love playing and talking with the folks. I just started playing at Stonegate Village in Sandusky recently and I can’t say enough about the folks and the staff there!!! They are AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your community!!! It really means a lot to me!!!

Mom is very happy here at Stonegate. She is well taken care of and at peace. She loves being around people so this has been good for her.

Everyone is very welcoming and kind very sweet with residents and get them involved in activities everyday with other residents.
