My parents who are both long time residents of Strongsville, did not want to leave the area, found their new home at StoryPoint Strongsville. StoryPoint offers meals, laundry, beauty, religious, therapeutic (both physical and mental)activities, cleaning and so much more. They have maintained my parents independence and have given them a new circle in their social life. StoryPoint even assists with onsite therapy and care assistance if needed.

A 5! It's a wonderful facility, but my 90 year old aunt consumes all my time. If you need a referral I would be happy. The staff are fantastic and the place is clean and fresh. The food is good and the activities and accommodations are more than I could have hoped for. It took her about 7-8 months to adjust, but she's very happy now. I'm glad I chose it.

Strongsville Storypoint; you can expect to be warmly welcomed by both staff and residence. Everyone is generally friendly and caring, which makes it feel more like a close neighborhood rather than just a place to live. [name removed] the director is outstanding- always available, friendly and kind. She goes out of her way to make every resident feel valued and supported which truly sets the tone for the entire community. The community is always clean and beautifully maintained. There’s a real sense of community here with plenty of opportunities to socialize stay active and enjoy life independently while knowing help is always nearby if needed.

I’ve been living here for a little while now, and I can honestly say it feels like home. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, but they also respect your independence, which I really appreciate. There’s a nice balance between privacy and community.The meals are good, and I love not having to worry about cooking or maintenance anymore. The grounds are kept up beautifully, and it’s easy to get around. I’ve made a few close friends here, and there’s always something going on if you want to stay active from exercise classes, bingo, happy hour and outings.It’s comforting knowing I have support nearby if I need it, but I still get to live life on my own terms. Moving here was a big decision, but it’s one I’m glad I made.

I visited my family member before ( I live out of state) Everything was out dated. HOWEVER, when I came for a visit a few weeks ago everything has been painted, all the furniture is new and very nice. Everything is bright, open and airy. It really makes it feel welcoming. Staff is always greeting with a smile or a wave no matter which staff member it is. My family member told me that the food is better as well!

I serve and housekeep here it is so fun! Talking to the residents truly brightens my mood! They are all so amazing and have unique personalities which I love to see! Housekeeping allows me to see a window into their hearts! Come work here!

The place is wonderful community and all of the staff is wonderful to be around. We always have different options for activities in and outside of the building. I would like to see more variety in dietary choices and maybe the soup a little hotter.

The facility is, as far as my research shows, a medium priced facility. But it is extremely well kept. My apartment just went under renovation. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Services include weekly cleaning. Laundry is very accessable

Mom doesn't like the food. But to be fair I'd say 4-5. I've not heard any other residents say they didn't like it. The facility is beautiful, very clean and appealing. Spectrum cable service lags. I would recommend Story Point to everyone.

Moving your mom into a community is equivalent to leaving your child the 1st day of school! But thank you so much to [names removed] this was such a smooth and easy move! The passion and love I feel from the staff for what they do is nothing less than comforting. Mom is still adjusting, but I can sleep easy knowing she is safe and with people who care!

They’re very nice and eager to help with any questions or concerns . Every time I ask a question, they’re attentive and make a real effort to solve the issue. They helped make the move in easy. They’re great with the seniors.

I would recommend this place to others. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and keeps a close eye on them. We were looking for a place where she could have meals prepared for her and activities, yet still have her independence. It was also close to where My family could visit her. My mom felt comfortable there and all the staff was so nice. She also enjoyed being able to pray and go to mass in their chapel.
