Very friendly and accommodating staff Building is clean, I do wish they'd clean his bathroom a little more often but housekeeping is doing well The food is good, only downside is if you are there between meal times, you can't get typically get food. The nursing staff is outstanding, caught pharmacy order errors the hospital did not. The room is a nice size and he's happy with the setup. My only real complaint is they changed his voter registration and the events director was pretty pushy about it. A standout thing I forgot to mention is that they helped me with managing transportation to/from dialysis. It was hard coordinating transportation through the county and I had to call the bus station every other day to schedule it. Now, Danbury covers all of his transportation for dialysis on M, W, F and it's not an extra charge.My overall feeling about Danbury is that having my stepdad there gives me peace of mind, because they truly do care about his well-being.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this memory care facility, and I especially want to recognize one of the aides, Danneen. She is truly exceptional.Danneen treats every resident with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. It’s clear that she doesn’t just see this as a job—she truly cares about the people she’s responsible for. Working with individuals who have memory loss and dementia requires a special kind of empathy, and she handles every situation with kindness and understanding.She is incredibly patient, even during difficult moments, and always takes the time to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. You can tell she forms real connections with them, which brings so much peace of mind to families.Knowing that someone like Danneen is there caring for my grandmother makes a world of difference. She is a true asset to this facility, and we are so grateful for her dedication and heart.

When my dad and mother-in-law were in need of extra care, surprisingly they both had the same request … good food! Sadly, they have both since passed and I am now taking the time for a review. The Danbury of Tallmadge delivered! An excellent staff headed by Chef Chad offered many selections and also made to order breakfasts. They looked forward to meal times knowing they wouldn’t be disappointed. We heard nothing but great things about the meals and great staff. I am sure others will agree with this assessment.

The meals at this facility have been some of the best I've had! When I heard the food was from scratch, I was excited for any meals I'd be having at Danbury. Glad the residents get to experience food like this!

The staff members are so kind nurses, sides, kitchen, cleaning, reception, and maintenance. The facility has lots of light and space. The entire space is peaceful.

I spent almost two years working as a floor nurse here and continue to work closely with this facility today. I’ve been consistently impressed by management’s ability to create a cohesive, cooperative, and compassionate work culture, which made it a great place to work. The facility truly stresses the importance of quality care, dignity, and enhancing residents’ quality of life. I would confidently recommend this assisted living facility to anyone looking for a great place to work or a safe, caring environment for their loved one.

I have been working at Danbury of Tallmadge for almost 8 years as their Music Therapist. They do a terrific job with activities and I’m honored they have given me extra hours each month so I can lead a bell choir. Friendly and helpful people!

What a beautiful facility, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Staff and food is amazing. The facility was decorated so beautiful and had so much Christmas cheer. You could just fill the good spirit of the facility. Thank you for taking good care of our loved one.
