My grandmother has been a resident of StoryPoint Tipp City for over a year, and she has received outstanding care from compassionate and caring staff. They are truly like a second family to her. The community is clean and beautiful and are host to numerous enjoyable events for the residents, family members, and larger community. If you are searching for an assisted living experience for your loved one, I HIGHLY recommend StoryPoint Tipp City.

If anyone were to ask me, I would recommend this place to them. Mom went into StoryPoint Tipp City and had all of the love, compassion, and care we could have ever asked for. Not only are the staff amazing, but the community itself is beautiful. It is a great community, and if you are looking for a place for a family member, or yourself, it is a great choice.

My brother and I are so impressed with StoryPoint Tipp City. Our 88 year old mother has adjusted well to her new home. She loves all the various activities and the yummy food offerings. Plus, it is heartwarming to see how all the employees truly care for the residents and get to know them individually. But, most importantly, when I walk into this lovely community, I know she is safe and well-taken care of by kind-hearted people!

This is a marvelous community! The professional and compassionate administration and staff care as much about our loved ones as we do. My mother passed away shortly after moving in, but my stepfather continues to happily reside at Randall and has thrived for 3 1/2 years. The community is very well-maintained, activities abound for the residents (even during the pandemic restrictions), and the residents' health/security are always paramount. We highly recommend StoryPoint Tipp City, and are very grateful for its unwavering commitment to its community. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about our experience of moving my mom and dad into StoryPoint Tipp City last week. Becky made the whole experience easy and painless. She was really on top of things! Everyone has gone out of their way to make my mom and dad feel at home and welcomed. My mom said, "it is like moving into your favorite vacation spot!" Everything about the community is beautiful and professionally done from the tablecloths on the tables to the lovely décor everywhere you look. My parents are impressed with the food and are enjoying the plethora of activities. The help my parents are receiving is exactly what they need. Thank you Becky and all of StoryPoint Tipp City!

Both my Mother and Father are both residents at StoryPoint and our family can't say enough great things about the community and staff. The Head Nurse is always there to answer any questions that we as a family my have. My Dad loves to eat, and he can't say enough good things about the food and the quality of care he receives, he always says there is no better place to be then StoryPoint. Highly recommend them!

I want to say thank you to StoryPoint Tipp City, particularly Becky who helped us through the process of placing our mom. She was compassionate, helpful and supportive during a very difficult and emotional time for us. Our mom is very happy and enjoying all the socialization and activities that are offered. All the staff I have come across have been helpful and friendly. Thanks so much to all the StoryPoint employees.

Becky and the team at StoryPoint Tipp City made to move for my mother easy and gave the family comfort in that mom would be taken care of properly. From the information provided, helping us through the process and moving in to the staff taking the time to learn mom's name and going out of their way to seeing that she has what she needs, the staff has been great. It has only been a few days and mom is making friends with the residences. I only hope that when the time comes to move her closer to me, I can find a community and staff as good as StoryPoint Tipp City.
