StoryPoint Urbandale, formerly known as Glen Oaks Alzheimer’s Special Care Center, is a memory care community located in charming Urbandale, Iowa, just west of Des Moines. Walker Johnston Park is closer still, with shaded paths and a quiet pond for some time with your loved one on a nice day. And for families driving in from Waukee, Johnston, Clive, or West Des Moines, their trip stays short enough to visit as often as you’d like.
