at Independence Village of Waterford

I moved into Independence Village of Waterford six weeks ago, and my family and I are very happy with the decision. The staff have been warm, friendly, approachable and helpful from the start, creating a caring and welcoming environment. I love my studio apartment and settled in quickly. I also appreciate the daily wellness check from reception and having a life call pendant for emergencies, which gives my family peace of mind. The food can be hit or miss, but when it's good, it's very good. The dining room is welcoming, and residents are always kind and happy to invite me to their table. Overall, I give Independence Village of Waterford 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it.

All three ladies were professional and personable and my family instantly felt we chose the right place for our father.
