I have lived here for 3 years and I am really happy! They have lots of activities my days just are not long enough to enjoy them all. I'm enjoying life more now than I have in the past few years.

Deserving of 10 Stars! From the moment you are welcomed in the door you know this is the right environment for your loved one. EVERY staff member knows every residence's name, they take the time to speak with them and to interact with them. Not because it's their job but because they genuinely care for the peoples of this community. I feel this is in part because of General Manager, Shereida Radney's leadership. This staff interacts and communicates with one another as I have never seen before. The residents themselves, also care for one another and are very welcoming to a new resident. When my, very introverted, aunt moved in several people asked me "How can I help her be more comfortable?" "How is your aunt adjusting, is there anything I can do to help?" The whole community is truly a breath of fresh air! They really enjoy their Independence Village family! Outside of all that, it is an exceptionally clean, beautiful facility. I highly recommend you check out this community for your loved one or yourself. You'll be glad you did.

The staff here are truly caring and compassionate. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve. They are attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.The cleanliness of the facility is absolutely amazing. The cleaners do a fantastic job keeping everything spotless, fresh, and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it really shows throughout the entire building.On top of that, the food is great! The meals are well-prepared, tasty, and thoughtfully put together. Overall, this is a wonderful place with dedicated staff, excellent cleanliness, and enjoyable food. Highly recommended!

The staff does a wonderful job creating a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone. They are always kind, attentive, and willing to help, which makes a big difference day to day. The dining service is also fantastic, with flavorful meals, great options, and a team that provides excellent service at every meal.

Everyone there is very nice. My mom has one of the bigger apartments and it is great for her.

Only suggestions are salad every lunch and supper. More snacks avaliable non lunch times and drinks besides water coffee. Possibly more meal choice biscuits for breakfast more.
