The facility is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was helpful and we did feel pressured for a decision.

We feel very blessed to have Dad at StoryPoint in Waterville. After 30 years in Florida, and my mother passing, he made the big move back to Ohio. StoryPoint is literally minutes away from our home which is only one of many blessings! The team at StoryPoint have been exceedingly accommodating. My dad started off in independent living, which was absolutely wonderful, but after a few unfortunate falls, and the very excellent and quick response of the CorsoCare team caregivers, we moved him to the enhanced living wing. He has a beautiful, clean, spacious, home like, one bedroom apartment; wonderful caregivers who are excellent with him as he goes through the changing seasons of early dementia, and additionally, an excellent team of physical and occupational therapist right there on site. It is clear to me that the teams here truly care about those they serve.The camaraderie of the staff with him is amazing. We are beyond grateful for StoryPoint and the caregivers and staff of CorsoCare Caring for dad with dignity, respect, and honor during this season of his journey.

Joe was very knowledgeable and truly has a connection with the seniors in this community and I felt his genuineness as I toured for my mom. Can’t wait for mom’s move and for all the greatness I know she will experience.I am adding to my previous review to shout out the wonderful Caregivers of CorsoCare at Story Point Waterville. Mom is 93 and has been at SP Waterville for about 8 months now. In that time mom has gotten to know the Caregivers quite well and they have also gotten to know her 🙂 Mom feels safe and cared for and I just love to see her interaction with the Caregivers. A HUGE thank you to Morgan, Aireonna, Marissa, Jatara, Nick, Jayden, Crystal, Brooklyn, Erica, and Jodi) (Sorry if I missed anyone) You are all wonderful !! Keep up your compassion and caring of mom and the other residents, it is appreciated beyond words. (3.25.26 updated)

Joe was amazing and the facility was great. It was very welcoming and comfortable.

The community is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent, with good quality meals and plenty of options to choose from. There is also a great variety of activities available.

Caregivers are in right away and very helpful when I need something. I like very thing about it here. The director is A+, and head chief A+.

I have been book by story point for the last 4 years for their resident christmas function and they always make sure that there is joy in the atmosphere for them to enjoy with their families Looking forward to our event this year. HO HO HO merry Christmas

Toured the facility it was clean, friendly, ample room, and Joe was able to answer all our questions at that time

Great place wonderful staff. A bit expensive but I believe the price is worth the trade off. Story point offers so much, there is no way any senior could get bored or be lonely.

5 for all thanks and have a great day!! The community is clean and just has a homey feel to it , my mom loves sitting in the area outside her apartment. I am so happy she is living again!! The food is delicious and the staff and caregivers are all top notch and very friendly and helpful.

Our family is very thankful for the time Joe spent with us, listening to our story, explaining how Storypoint operates and walking us through the campus. My siblings, spouses and I left feeling excited to come back with Mom and getting her all settled in.

What stood out most is that it's clean, there are a lot of activities for residents. The food is very good. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

It was a very nice home. [name removed] liked to go out to the patio. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are welcomed and get involved in various activities. The staff gets to know residents and all about their families.The facility is super clean.

They are very caring, compassionate, attentive and just awesome. I felt very comfortable and at ease leaving my Mom in their care. Always kept us informed, no matter what time of day. The place was always nice and clean. The staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend. Love you all and keep up the tender loving care.
