Joe Katich did an excellent job taking us around the property, answering any questions my mom and family had, and helping to facilitate a potential move.

I’m a RN who has been looking for the best placement for my father in law. The memory care unit at Storypoint Waterville should be the standard by which all memory care units are measured.

5 for all thanks and have a great day!! The community is clean and just has a homey feel to it , my mom loves sitting in the area outside her apartment. I am so happy she is living again!! The food is delicious and the staff and caregivers are all top notch and very friendly and helpful.

The Storypoint Group is top notch! The community is amazing with activities to keep loved ones active, engaged and busy! I am very happy about individual care plans and not one size fits all!

Our family is very thankful for the time Joe spent with us, listening to our story, explaining how Storypoint operates and walking us through the campus. My siblings, spouses and I left feeling excited to come back with Mom and getting her all settled in.

We were very impressed with the layout, cleanliness, pleasant employees and the overall tour. We decided this is where mom is moving to. And it was her decision to make. Can't wait for her to move on and make new friends and memories.

What stood out most is that it's clean, there are a lot of activities for residents. The food is very good. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

Several members of our family toured Storypoint Waterville for a loved one. The initial response from Matt to set this up was was immediate and was very accommodating to our schedules. Our tour guide and contact after this was Joe who also reached out immediately after we scheduled the tour. Upon arrival we immediately were made to feel at ease. The compassion for our situation was also felt. We definitely loved the community. I say that because everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Joe, our tour guide, knew every resident he encountered. This said to us that staff really do care here. And the community itself was so inviting: a lot of natural light pouring in, light colored soothing paint colors, beautiful large courtyards. We could truly see our loved one having a better quality of life here and enjoying his community.

Joe Katich at Story Point Waterville was professional, friendly, fun and really made our tour enjoyable. Our elderly parents were signed up a week later without ever visiting Story Point. Waterville Story Point is a beautiful, clean, fresh smelling, welcoming community anyone would be happy to call home!

Joe was very knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient with us as we asked our many questions. Facility was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very warm and friendly.

Beautiful place to put your loved ones. I would absolutely live there if it came to that point, as I'm a senior also.

I can't say enough good things about the care my grandmother received while living at StoryPoint. The care provided was not only outstanding but they treated her with dignity, respect and kindness daily. It not only gave my family peace of mind knowing a loved one was safe but that the environment was so supportive. The caregivers go above and beyond and Brittany and Jamie took time to communicate and make sure we all felt valued and heard.

It was a very nice home. [name removed] liked to go out to the patio. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

We recently we needed a place for my brother to move to after a life changing health event. There are several very nice senior focused facilities in our area but we chose StoryPoint after the amazing tour we had with Joe Katich at StoryPoint Waterville. He answered every question, was exceptionally knowledgeable and NEVER rushed us! After my brother moved in, Joe has continued to make himself available with answers to our questions, as they come up , in the event we don’t know which staff member to seek out.
