For over 40 years, our communities have been considered the best in senior living by residents, families, and community members alike.
The community is very clean and well maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent, with good quality meals and plenty of options to choose from. There is also a great variety of activities available.

Caregivers are in right away and very helpful when I need something. I like very thing about it here. The director is A+, and head chief A+.

Great place wonderful staff. A bit expensive but I believe the price is worth the trade off. Story point offers so much, there is no way any senior could get bored or be lonely.

Our family is very thankful for the time Joe spent with us, listening to our story, explaining how Storypoint operates and walking us through the campus. My siblings, spouses and I left feeling excited to come back with Mom and getting her all settled in.

What stood out most is that it's clean, there are a lot of activities for residents. The food is very good. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

It was a very nice home. [name removed] liked to go out to the patio. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

My Dad was diagnosed with dementia sometime ago. After researching different facilities, our family decided on placing him in the memory care unit at story point in Waterville. My father was a resident, there for about the last three years, he just passed away recently. I would come visit my father quite frequently over the last three years. He would always tell me that they took really good care of him and that the food was excellent.I really like that they do quite a bit of interactions and activities with the residence in the memory unit My dad was in.If you would decide to place your loved one in this facility, I would highly recommend to allow them to post on Facebook what they’re doing, it was very comforting on the times that I was not there to look at their Facebook page and see all the activities that he was doing that day or week. They even would post live effects.I had absolutely no experience or what to expect from this entire Journey with my dad.I want to thank story point for taking such good care of my dad.I especially want to thank Tara Smith, the wellness Director, she is a very caring, professional and personal person. Storypoint is very fortunate to have her in their organization. She was and Is in my opinion the Main Reason my Father had a great experience his last years of life.Thank you Tara!Tim Despoth and Family

New chef has a tough act to follow, and is still improving. Higher prices have forced him to change vendors for the worse. This has not been helpful. Food can vary from ok to very good, and what you receive may not exactly match the menu description, but generally it's good.Care services are good, but aides need better training before being thrown into the more customized, bordering on medical, services. They could use two groups of aides based on skill level.

They need more staff. All nursing facilities are under staffed. [name removed] is no longer at Story Point due to a change in licensing and he needed more care than they could do. He is currently at ST. Clare Commons. They have the same issues. Story Point has a great a
Great Activity Program. They also charge more equipment like Hoyer and stand up lifts etc.
