The Care staff is extremely kind and compassionate. The wellness team supervisor demonstrates.a wonderful example for others to follow! The facility and supervisor have been extremely accommodating to many of my unique needs.

The staff were all so helpful and aware of their residents’ needs. They were polite and very helpful. The facility was observed to be clean and welcoming. There was no hesitation to meet the needs or the wants of the residents.

I moved in December and there are a lot of activities to do. We have entertainment every Friday at Happy Hour. The staff is nice and very helpful. The meals are good and there is a variety of food to choose from.

Nice facility. Provide care conferences with family, foresight thermal videos in memory care studios, outside services come into the facility, and weekly live performances.

Highly recommend Provisions of West Bloomfield. I originally selected them for my sister and brother-in-law because of a recommendation from a friend whose husband is there, and there were a lot of people in the lobby coming and going (families, staff, deliveries, different therapists, etc). The place felt "alive." It might seem like a strange way to make this major decision, but I didn't want my family members to be living in a staid, isolated environment. It turned out to exceed our expectations -- very caring staff members, involvement of the administration, beautiful surroundings, wonderful activities and an engaging staff encouraging residents to participate. The staff worked as a great TEAM together. I'd highly recommend this to anyone considering assisted living or memory care for their family.

Provision Living of W Bloomfield is a thriving community. As we've gotten to know staff and residents, it's been a very positive experience. All of the staff are engaged in making sure their residents are as comfortable and connected as possible. Our loved one was a bit reclusive in the beginning, but everyone has continued to include him and encourage him. He tells us, and we're able to see, how happy he is at Provision.

I would recommend, beautiful rooms with private bath and small kitchen with fridge. The facility has movie theater, recreation, nice gym, etc. My wife was in several assisted living facilities and none were even close to Provision.

Overall, very good- a very caring staff from assisted living to the memory unit One of the cleanest places overall- I have a nose like a beagle and was pleasantly surprised with the lack of odors. I always felt the staff genuinely cared. They knew all about my Mom's experiences in life and leaned toward her interests in keeping her interested & busy. Very good care- I got a notice about anything out of the ordinary. They cajoled Mom into taking showers when she didn't want to, collecting her laundry, dressed very nicely...lots of good things Meals/dining - The only downside. Although the main dining area was great when the independent & Assisted living folks could make their own Decisions, in the Memory Care unit- I was not as happy with the treatment at mealtime. The food was often cool and they rarely served butter (she loved butter on her bread). She also loved coffee and that was often a scarcity. I thought they were treated like lesser citizens Excellent activities including art projects, terrific outings, physical fitness, special events- just wonderful! Overall an excellent value for the price!

Toured the facility and thought it was great. Once my wife is discharged from the hospital I think she will love being there.

I would recommend this service and this facility to anyone that is considering looking for the right place for a family member! Pairing our loved one with this experience is definitely something I would recommend!

The most caring caregivers, the entire staff is wonderful. They take such good care of my mom and have activities daily which promote inclusion. The Administration and Nurse are the very best. I would give this facility a 10 of 10!

Treats my mother well. I do not need to worry about her well-being. Staff is very attentive.

I dropped in to schedule an appt for a tour & the Dir of Sales had time for me right then. She spent over an hour with me showing the facility & all the staff i encountered couldn’t have been nicer. Seems to be a very nice place for AL & memory care.
