The community is very clean with an open floor plan. The memory care was very impressive with indoor and outdoor activities, chef-prepared meals, a community atmosphere, and spacious rooms, all within a very secure area.

My father moved to StoryPoint from another community because he needed more specialized care that he was not getting. We arranged for a tour of this community and all of our questions and concerns were answered. Before he moved in, he suffered a mini-stroke; the executive director and the director of nursing both checked on him several times during his hospital stay. He was apprehensive about a change but the staff here made him feel safe, secure, and welcome. From the first day that he arrived, I felt we had made the right decision. The staff is very warm, compassionate and helpful (including the ladies at the front desk, hospice nurse, and aides). I could not have asked for better care for my father especially in his final days; they cared for and treated him like a family member. I believe he received the best care and I am so glad we moved him when we did.
