[name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful always smiling and great at their jobs. Some times staffing is too life.

My mother is a memory support resident has been here for 1.5 months. I am very happy with the care and support she views. Staff is very caring and make sure mom is present for every meal and most activities. I would like to see the programs show on the large monitor be more generational targeted for 80-90 years old residents.

My wife has been a resident there for almost a year now. I visit everyday and see how things operate. When I leave each day I am very comfortable with the people that are caring for her. I would highly recommend.

Laundry not folded. Lately sometime comes back wet. Not returned until Wednesday or and Saturday. Folding clothes not happening.

Very good. After pressing the help the response could be better especially the medicine area.

My dad and step-mom lived at Provision Living at West Chester for one year before we had to move them closer to us. We really appreciate especially Jamie the Administrator and Trish for always going out of their way to make sure they were happy and had everything they needed. Thank you! and we sure will miss seeing everyone there!

I'm very happy here and feel safe. I'd probably say that I like it here. But they have changed chefs since I first got here and I don't think the food is as good as it was.

From my arrival at the front desk, to my departure, everything was extraordinary.

The entire staff at Provisions Living were extremely professional and friendly. In addition the sales director [name removed] went above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant! My spouse is no longer there as I felt she was doing well enough to come home and so far I've been able to take care of her myself.

Staff are friendly and conversational. Meals are plentiful, evolving and the staff know the residents preferences . My family did not participate in activities, but there was always something going on. That was just them. It is a beautiful place with kind staff that know your parents. The management, nurses, aides, maintenance, kitchen staff, they all know your parents. They talk to you about events, how they respond to situations, what they discuss. Your parents will have many favorite staff. They keep staff. They add new after training, so the new staff already know your parents. They all talk to your parents, and keep you informed with as much as you want to know. We like to know , so they will call us with any issues, falls, broken glasses, etc... We are all thankful for the care the staff provide our parents.

Wow! Bright and airy. Clean. Every single employee pleasant. Probably the best care facility we’ve ever seen.

The nurses are so kind and personal and attentive. The organization keeps the facility sparkling new with attention to swift repairs. As a family member, I am known, included, and always always helped quickly and competently My mom is supremely happy!
