My wife has been a resident of memory care for the past year. It is never easy to make a move like this. After settling in, I have been very pleased. The staff + level of care are very good. When I walk out of the facility, I am content knowing she is being well cared for. It is a nice clean, well-staffed facility.

Staff is great and friendly. Activities over past couple months have increased and are enjoyable. Very happy with meals!

Storypoint provides excellent care for my husband.

My father move in [Date removed] due to numerous falls he has while living alone. We chose storypoint due to the fall alert system in each apartment.

Charles has been a resident for 3 years in assisted living, very pleased with his care. Everyone on the staff have been wonderful, friendly and caring.

The staff is attention and caring, although the service varies with the turnover of aides. The administration staff is professional, caring and dedicated to the residents, as is the dining staff and chef. A clean and comfortable home for dad.

Storypoint is amazing. My mother-in-law has lived there for several years, and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Highly recommended.

The representative did an absolutely amazing job on our site visit. This is a new experience for me and our loved one aand information very clearly explained about how the assisted living process works. This put things into proper perspective on what to expect and we are very comfortable and confident about our decision moving forward. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Memory care pretty good most of the time.

The facility is beautiful. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had all the time I needed with Anna. The suites were beautiful and everything was very clean. I left feeling as though I had all the information I needed to make a decision

The PCAs are the heart of the team. They have true compassion for the patients in memory care. They genuinely spend time and deliver exceptional care. I would love to see the nurses show this kind of compassion towards the patients.

[name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful always smiling and great at their jobs. Some times staffing is too life.

My mother is a memory support resident has been here for 1.5 months. I am very happy with the care and support she views. Staff is very caring and make sure mom is present for every meal and most activities. I would like to see the programs show on the large monitor be more generational targeted for 80-90 years old residents.
