My mother moved into StoryPoint West Milton approximately 2 weeks ago. Becky, Admissions Director was very helpful in coordinating mom's relocation. Teresa, the Activity Director has worked tirelessly in coordinating activities for residents which has helped mom become comfortable in her new living environment. Mom looks forward to the daily activities. We can definitely see a positive change in mom's attitude. The care staff is respectful and caring.

My mother is at StoryPoint West Milton and has been treated with tremendous dignity and respect. The staff is outstanding and I consistently see they put the resident needs first and with high priority. The care, the food, the cleanliness all are top quality. My appreciation to the staff for the incredible care shown to my Mom, I highly recommend StoryPoint West Milton when you have this need for your loved ones.

My mom is staying at StoryPoint West Milton while my husband and I are traveling. She & I are very impressed with everything & everyone! She enjoys a variety of activities & says the meals are the best. I rest easy knowing she is socializing with fellow residents & receiving whatever care she needs from friendly attentive nurses & aides. I appreciate the excellent communication from StoryPoint West Milton staff regarding mom's care. Last, but certainly not least, maintenance & housekeeping keep the community in top notch condition. My mother was one of the first to move in to StoryPoint West Milton. When we came to visit before move in, we were pushing her in a wheelchair and she was making plans to purchase a scooter to get around the building. We are coming up on her one year anniversary and because of proper nutrition and making herself walk every day, her world has improved 1000%. No wheelchair, no scooter, some days-no walker. The staff has taken great care of the needs she had that I couldn’t fully provide for her in her home because of my own family and work schedule. I'm so thankful that she is living at StoryPoint West Milton and that I can simply be a daughter again. I'm also extremely appreciative of the staff’s communication when there’s any kind of change in her needs or care (like a change in meds or a need for a medical supply) and for the events they put on to bring all of the families together. This has been a long review, but there’s so much more I can say about this beautiful community and its wonderful staff. I highly recommend looking into StoryPoint West Milton if you have a family member in need of assisted living.

I visited StoryPoint West Milton today and was amazed at how beautiful, comfortable & inviting the community is. The assisted living apartments were generous in size and very nice. The high ceilings helped give an even more spacious feel. The independent living cottages were even more incredible with vaulted ceilings, hard surfaces countertops and nice appliances! Amazing community spaces too, currently decorated for the holidays! I would be very comfortable living here. And even more importantly we’re the staff and residents. All were incredibly friendly and upbeat! You could tell they love their job & their home. I would highly recommend checking out StoryPoint West Milton if you’re looking for assisted living for yourself or for a loved one.

My father is at StoryPoint West Milton under the care of a wonderful staff who shows respect, grace and love to all the residents. Their camaraderie is genuine. He was first admitted to the Memory Care wing, but the excellent care and therapy helped him to recover miraculously and now lives in the Assisted Living side with little assistance. The community is filled with special touches that give off the feeling of warmth and home. I would recommend highly StoryPoint West Milton for yourself or a loved one.
