Why Residents And Their Families Love Independence Village of Zionsville East

Now, my dad has been in the facility for 3+ months, and I visit often. The facility itself is always a clean, happy environment. Brad and Willy add another element to this facility, as they are constantly high energy, happy, and overall outstanding individuals to interact with. I called Brad today, to inform him that I would be writing a letter, and I told him that there is not one complaint I have about this move, the facility, or the staff that work there. I held off condoning Angela to see if the facility lived up to expectations, and I can happily say that Independence Zionsville East has exceeded any expectation I had going into this experience.I can not say enough great things about Independence Village Zionsville East, Angela, Brad, or Willy, and the other staff that I do not know by name. This new home for my dad has helped him become more social, healthier, and has continued to impress me and my dad with the activities and environment they offer their residents. Kudos to the leadership team for creating such an easy environment for my dad to thrive in!
