March 4, 2021 Update: Visitation Protocols For Our Independent Living Neighborhoods

Residents and Families,

We know how important it is to be able to visit with your loved ones in our community, and we are very excited to be able to loosen our COVID-19 visitation protocols to make it more feasible for you to do just that. As part of this exciting update, visitors are no longer required to schedule visits with their loved ones who currently reside in our independent living neighborhood; this update currently does not apply to our licensed neighborhoods (assisted living and memory care).

Here are additional items you need to know when visiting our community:

• All visitors must adhere to our screening protocol when entering our community.
• All visitors must wear a mask and maintain proper social distancing.
• Visitors must go directly to their loved one’s apartment and avoid visiting in common areas.
• Only two visitors are allowed to visit with residents in their apartments at a time.

Our community will continue to adhere to our other COVID-19 protocols, including our enhanced cleaning measures, the use of proper protective equipment (PPE), social distancing and more.
