  • Turkey Artichoke Florentine Soup

    A hearty soup with diced turkey, artichoke hearts and spinach

  • House Salad

    Mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots and red onion (with choice of dressing)

  • Caesar Salad

    Romaine, croutons, parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes and homemade dressing

  • Smoked Whitefish Dip

    Served with assorted crackers

  • Beer-braised Beef And Mushrooms

    Tender beef tips braised in beer with wild mushrooms and gravy, served over Boursin-whipped potatoes and roasted carrots

  • Pistachio-crusted Salmon

    Salmon fillet baked with chopped pistachios, served with an amaretto parsnip puree and green beans

  • Peach Rosemary Chicken

    Grilled chicken breast topped with a peach and rosemary sauce, served with maple-roasted acorn squash and grilled asparagus

Learn how to replicate your favorite community dish or just enjoy the commentary of a live cooking demonstration. Each month, our Executive Chefs will demonstrate a mix of your favorites along with some exciting new dishes to try.

StoryPoint Chefs Dominate At Dorsey Culinary Academy
Nine chefs from StoryPoint and our sister company, Independence Village, competed in the American Culinary Federation Competition held at Dorsey Culinary Academy in Pontiac. Out of the 80 chefs who participated, our nine were the only ones from the senior industry, each bringing home a medal.
