The incredible quintet of residents — Philip Alonzo, Helen Blecker, Paul Miller, Lillian Smith and Juanita Woods — have a combined 500 years of experience and memories. They celebrated their birthdays together at a party attended by friends, family and even the mayor of North Canton. The centenarians received a proclamation from the mayor and a letter honoring their remarkable achievement.
Born into a world on the brink of change, they witnessed history unfold before their eyes, from the Roaring Twenties to the digital age. They have weathered life’s storms with grace and fortitude.
Happy Birthday
