Brighton, MI – September 14, 2016 – StoryPoint Senior Living has announced final site plan approval for Fairfield Township, OH (neighboring city: Cincinnati).
Anticipated construction start date could begin as early as October 2016 and be completed by April 2018, said StoryPoint Development Officer – Michael Simko.
StoryPoint will construct and operate the three-story, 221,000 square foot building on nearly 17 acres. The building will allow for 204 apartment-homes ranging from studios, 1-2 bedroom apartments for lease, offering the full Continuum of Care (Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care).
Most importantly, StoryPoint strives to become an integral part of each community by partnering and supporting local businesses, while providing active and stimulating environments for future residents. The senior living company estimates the project would create more than 100 jobs – including at least 40 full-time – with a $3 million annual payroll. It would generate about $250,000 each year in property taxes.
