- Coffee and Canvas: Residents tapped into their creative side with a painting event inspired by spring, complete with Danish pastries and coffee delivered to their door.
- Jewelry with Judy: Residents designed sparkling accessories in our jewelry-making class with Judy — a dazzling way to spend the afternoon!
- National Physical Therapy Month Celebration: Western Michigan University’s Department of Physical Therapy joined residents for tai chi, trivia, and chair volleyball, promoting health and wellness in a fun, interactive way.
Beyond the Community
- Airway Fun Center: Bowling at this local hotspot, the Airway Fun Center, was a great way to spend time together. Please Note: Our final scores aren’t reflective of what a great time we had!
- Toledo Zoo: Residents traveled to witness the solar eclipse at the Toledo Zoo, enjoying both celestial wonders and incredible animals.
- Be a Tourist in Your Own Town: A guided tour of the new Justice Building, led by Judge Paul Bridenstine, offered insight into Kalamazoo’s legal history, followed by a delicious lunch at Old Burdick’s Bar and Grille.
